Landmark Provides Medical Care to Patients Wherever They Live and Whenever The Need It

Landmark provides great quality medical care to patients wherever they live and whenever they need it. We are a mobile provider group. We have physicians, nurse practitioners and physician assistants who make house calls for our patients. We are available to them 24 hours a day, seven days a week. We essentially can do everything that an urgent care can do, delivering the same quality of care but in the patient’s home.

“From where I live it can be a two or two-and-a-half hour drive depending on traffic one way,” states Debbie, a Landmark patient. “And so having Landmark come into my home and offer me services that don’t require me to go outside my home, save me from that drive and save my family from that effort. It’s literally changed my life.”

“I have more than 20+ doctors,” continues Debbie. “And if I didn’t have an advocate that really was overlooking all of my diseases, all of my specialists, checks with my doctors if necessary…things fall through the cracks. And with Landmark, things don’t fall through the cracks. I don’t worry anymore.”
