Landmark Engages Over 12,000 Patients!
This is a significant milestone as just a year ago the Company announced their 5,000th patient. Landmark's Albany, NY market was the first Landmark medical team to engage more than 3,000 patients in a single community.
Landmark reached a new milestone moment this past May by engaging more than 12,000 patients in the Landmark program across the company. This is significant as just a year ago the Company announced their 5,000th patient. In addition, the Albany, NY market was the first Landmark medical team to engage more than 3,000 patients in a single community.
The Company is working to make a dramatic improvement in the quality of lives for those most clinically vulnerable by bringing physician-led medical teams to patients who need it the most wherever they reside. Learn more about the program here.
