About Ryan Dulac.
Ryan has nearly 8 years of experience in full-lifecycle recruitment across multiple industries, most recently the healthcare sector. He began his career as a Recruiter focused on IT and engineering, which expanded over the years to include clinical (nurses, behavioral health specialists), sales, marketing, finance, HR, legal, analytics, digital, and interns. He comes from an RPO background supporting several Fortune 50 clients and has led recruitment teams ranging in size from nearly 80 to just 3.
Ryan uses active listening and data to seek out areas of opportunity within the recruitment process. He operates with a continuous improvement mindset to create solutions that improve the experience for both candidates and hiring managers. He believes that the best outcomes arise from allowing everyone the opportunity to participate in the pursuit of perfection that leads us all to excellence.
When “off the clock”, Ryan enjoys spending time with his wife, exploring his imagination through reading and creative writing, and saving the (virtual) world in games that he plays with friends from across the globe.
