We see the role of technology in health care, not just as a tool, but as a bridge. At Landmark, we visit patients in their homes.

Sitting in a living room or at a kitchen table seems pretty low tech, but we work hard to put the right technology in the hands of our team to simplify the medical care you’re delivering. We’ve developed our own EMR, we use technology to route you to your next appointment, and we’ve built an app that allows you to access records and connects you with other care providers with the tap of your finger.
