BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Chris Adams is a Partner at Francisco Partners and focuses primarily on investments in the technology-enabled services and information services sector. Prior to joining Francisco Partners in 2008, Chris was with American Securities Capital Partners where he evaluated and executed private equity transactions across business services and industrial technology. Chris previously was a strategy consultant in the Atlanta, Sao Paulo, and Sydney offices of Bain & Company. Chris serves on the board of directors of Aesynt, CoverMyMeds, Quantros, and Therapeutic Research Center. He formerly served on the board of directors of NexTraq, QuadraMed, and was also involved with FP’s investments in Mincom (acquired by ABB), and Hypercom (acquired by Verifone).
Adam is an Operating Partner at Francisco Partners and the Chief Executive Officer of Landmark Health. Prior to joining Francisco, Adam was Founder and CEO of aLabs, the nation’s largest provider of laboratory management services to health systems. Prior to taking his role at aLabs, Adam was a Principal at Accretive, LLC, where he was responsible for healthcare investments. Prior to joining Accretive, Adam was Executive Vice President and General Manager at MedeFinance, the leading provider of healthcare analytics with over 600 hospital and insurance clients. Before MedeFinance, Adam was a venture capitalist with Battery Ventures.
VICKY B. GREGG
Vicky is the former Chief Executive Officer of BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee, now serving as a Director of the company. Prior to being elected CEO, she served as President and COO. Prior to this, Vicky held senior roles at Humana Health Plans. She is a noted national expert in health information technology and was appointed to the U.S. National Institutes of Health Commission on Systemic Interoperability in 2004. Vicky currently serves on several Boards, including Team Health, First Horizon, and TriZetto. Her prior Board experience includes America’s Health Insurance Plans (Chair, 2010-2011), the BlueCross BlueShield Association, the National Institute for Healthcare Management (Chair, 2012), and Healthcare Leadership Council.
DAVID H. KLEIN
David is a special advisor to the CEO of the University of Rochester (U of R) Medical Center, a professor of public health sciences in the U of R School of Medicine and Dentistry and an executive professor of health care management in the U of R William E. Simon Graduate School of Business (Simon School). David was CEO of The Lifetime Healthcare Companies (TLHC) in Rochester, NY which includes Excellus BlueCross BlueShield, Univera Healthcare, Lifetime Health Medical Group, Lifetime Care, EBS-RMSCO Benefit Solutions and MedAmerica. David serves as chair and director of the New York eHealth Collaborative overseeing the state’s Health Information Technology initiatives.
Ezra Perlman is a Partner at Francisco Partners and focuses primarily on investments in the software and services sectors, with a specific emphasis on healthcare technology. Prior to joining Francisco Partners in 2003, Ezra was a venture capitalist with Battery Ventures, where he was involved in identifying, executing and managing private equity investments in software companies. Ezra serves on the board of directors of Aesynt, API Healthcare, Healthland, Quantros, T-System and Therapeutic Research. He formerly served on the board of directors of Aconex, AdvancedMD, Attachmate, Attenti, Avangate, LYNX Medical Systems, RedPrairie, and SMART Modular.
RICHARD C. ZORETIC
Most recently, Richard served as Executive Vice President of WellPoint, Inc and President of the company’s Government Business Division, which includes all operations related to Medicare, Medicaid, National Government Services, and the Federal Employee Program. Prior to that, Richard served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Amerigroup Corporation, where he was responsible for customer service operations, technology, provider networks, healthcare economics, and health care management services. Richard joined Amerigroup in September 2003 as Chief Marketing Officer and assumed responsibility for all health plan operations in 2007. Prior to Amerigroup, Richard held senior leadership positions at UnitedHealth Group and at MetLife Group, and served as a management consultant in Deloitte Consulting’s healthcare practice.
