Chief Clinical Officer - West

Dr. David Hirota

"I joined Landmark because I wanted to be part of a company that was innovating in the home care space and was focusing on caring for the most at risk patients in our local communities. I have stayed at Landmark because of the team culture and because of the mission that we follow. I am grateful for the opportunities that have been presented to me here and especially for the teammates that I work with."
