Michelle’s passion for recruiting began in 2011, when she started in the industry as a HR Assistant. With 7+ years of Talent Acquisition experience (and counting), she provides an energic approach to talent acquisition strategy and retention. Michelle has a proven ability to foster relationships from staff level to executives to attract top talent. She is committed to her partners, candidates and coworkers, building lasting strategic partnerships and creating a collaborative environment.
